Hope you had a nice May Day.May Day refers to various labour celebrations conducted on May 1 that commemorate the fight for the eight hour day. May Day in this regard is called International Workers' Day, or Labour Day.

Ireland has too less bank holidays than the rest of Europe and as one of the hardest working countries on earth we deserve them.
The Labour Party continue to call for two extra bank holiday weekends.
